From an early age, Dr. Sanya was captivated by the world of performance and storytelling, training in dance, acting, voice, and musical theater. That foundation in the arts would later evolve into a multidimensional career spanning classrooms, leadership, publishing, and broadcasting.
 

She holds a Doctorate in Philosophy and began her professional journey as a case worker and special education teacher, ultimately advancing into educational leadership as the Manager of Development for one of New York City’s largest charter high school networks. Alongside her work in education, she is an accomplished author of two romance novels and a contributing writer to multiple motivational and educational publications.
 

Dr. Sanya’s entry into media came unexpectedly through a conversation that led to co-hosting a business radio show interviewing high-level entrepreneurs and industry leaders. What began as a natural extension of her curiosity and communication skills quickly evolved into a calling. She went on to launch her own self-titled podcast, Sanya On-Air, which rapidly gained recognition as a trusted platform where celebrities, creators, and cultural voices share their defining moments and personal milestones.
